Worst costumer service ever

Greetings You are reading this because I have got a repairment service by your company which I completely unsatisfied. I got a problem with my dental loupes illumination about 2 months ago which I have bought it from middel east market less than a 5 years. I have tried to call main customer service in Germany which I found it on Internet. After many phone calls and being passed to danish dealership(which was unsuccessful) and at the end I been offered to get help from your other swedish colleague. Finally after some ops and downs I sent my devices illumination to your company without any substitute one from you,and now I get my device back with a short and unproper wire like doesnt fit like original one and it is not same like my own. And whole process took more than 50days from the scratch. For conclusion I should say that I am completely unsatisfied from your company that claims a top one. Regards Ata Eslamboulchilar

User's recommendation: Efficient device but with bad material quality and worst customer service,which means you should consider to buy a new one if something happens because it will take years to be repaired in unproper way!

Cannotmakeapaymentonline

I am trying to make a payment on line and I cannot type in my routing number or my account number. I have not had this problem before. I tried to make a payment over the phone but waited 15 minutes with no results. i have also asked tohave my last name changed to Heine on mycomputer account Seems there is no communication between your departments. I am pleased with thequality of all i have received from you and especially the facial items I have ordered. It is also hard to make this complaint to last one hundred words Thanks
